The Power To Transform website offers several options for members to work with the assignments provided by the book.

I will work on my own -

This is the place where those who have opted to work on their own can do their work, store it, and have a central archive. The process is simple, all you need to do is register and you are set to go. The assignments are both in the book and here on the site. All you need to do is put in your answers and keep working!

A critical determinant to your success is your capacity for self-discipline so don’t let the enemies of learning grab you. Keep working and hold onto your commitment to transform your life and your future.



I want to Join a team -

This is the place where those of you who want to work with a team and get the most from your learning experience go if you don’t have a team and are looking to join one that is already in existence. All you do is register, then click on the 'join a team' link and then look at the teams that are looking for members. You can either wait and see who invites you or make an offer to one of the teams to join. Once you are accepted on a team you will get an e-mail confirming your acceptance and a credit card authorization form. The fee for team membership is $14.95 per month and your card will be billed automatically every month until you let us know that you have completed your learning process. You do that by going to your profile page and clicking the button on the bottom of the page that says "Please discontinue my automatic billing". That is all there is to it!



I want to create a team -

This page is for those who have a group of people that they want to work with or are willing to be a team leader and invite others on the site to join you. First you need to register. To invite people that you already know who may not yet have bought the book or registered simply use the space below to send an invitation. They will get a link to the book site along with your recommendation or request to join you as a team mate. Once they have joined you can send them an invitation to join your team and once they accept and pay the team member registration fee you are set to go.

If you want to look for people who are on the site and looking for teammates click the button below and it will take you to a page where you can see all of the people who are interested in joining a team. You can see brief profiles and extend invitations to those that you think will work best with you and the rest of your team. Once they respond to your invitation and pay their team member registration fee you are set to go.

As a team leader you have a set of responsibilities that will be spelled out for you once you have completed your registration as a team captain. You will also find that you have a special team page where you can each enter your answers to the questions at the end of each chapter and interact with each other. This is the most powerful way to learn so take advantage of it!

I am interested in creating a corporate Team -

This option is for those companies or organizations that would like to use The Power To Transform for the development of their people. Here is how they work. Your firm pays a flat set up fee of $15,000.00. For that fee we customize a web page for your people and then spend time with your company executives generating company specific assignments that are added on to the basic work that is contained in the book. You will need to provide each of your participants with a copy of the book (we can provide them for you at a discounted price) and then you will be charged $50.00 per month for each person participating. For this fee they will have access to the company specific site where they will post their work, interact with their teammates, and get coaching from one of our HP2 coaches. This combination of structure and support has proven to be highly effective. We find that the entire process typically takes 3-6 months depending on how fast your people are willing to work.
